As an owner and CEO of one of Scotland’s most successful recruitment agencies, Chris Peace approached multiplied by after seeing the adaptive, full service approach deployed throughout out project portfolio.

His latest venture involved taking a successful component of his agency and making it available to the wider market – tailored candidate and client feedback loops that exponentially increase the performance of recruiters.

At the heart of this was a spiral improvement model that we wanted to acknowledge in the brand, while providing personality in what is a white label venture.


The spiral improvement model is represented in the marque W, wrapping dark and light tones in the distinctive palette. the angles created in the logo were echoed throughout the subsequent print and web components.


The website was built with a keen future intent to scale. This is an ambitious company and content will be added regularly. Whether blogs, new service options or av material, the site is ready to grow as quickly as the company inevitably will.

An important element of the success of the project will come down to the in-bound content marketing strategy. The site has been built with Hubspot at its heart.
