We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media and Website Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing our clients’ online presence.

Job Description:

As a Social Media and Website Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online identity of our clients. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies, as well as ensuring the performance and functionality of our clients’ websites. This role demands a creative and analytical mindset, as well as the ability to adapt to the unique needs of both commercial and not-for-profit clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor social media strategies for clients.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Maintain and update clients’ websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to update website content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor website issues or bugs.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and website management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and strategy development.
  • Proficiency with various social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of website management and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the unique needs of different clients.
